Mornings start leisurely with a scrumptious buffet and a-la-carte breakfast menu, there are succulent typical recipes prepared with care for intimate lunches and fine dinners, Italian aperitivi with delectable drinks and snacks at sunset, and freshly made fruit and vegetable juices by the pool. The Swimming Pool is at in-house guests’ full disposal and also available to host a select number of outside clients for a memorable sun-kissed day and a taste of our new Pool Menu’s specialties. Our signature Diadema wine is everywhere at Relais Villa Olmo, and now more than ever! Newly restored our Wine Cellar offers guests unique opportunities to savor our wines, from exclusive private Cellar dinners and sommelier-led tastings by the terracotta vases to witnessing the fascinating labeling process of our precious Swarovski line. Open from October through December our Olive Oil Mill provides guests with a memorable, and quintessentially Tuscan, experience: watching the plump olives become delicious golden drops, the birth of our signature Extra Virgin Diadema Olive Oil! We believe sensational food and wine to be essential features of a perfect vacation. That’s why Relais Villa Olmo offers a variety of activities inspired by our Food&Wine philosophy, such as our cooking classes, offering guests hands-on experiences and an insider’s view of Tuscany’s gastronomy and precious wines. Our cooking classes, group or customized, are held at the Diadema Cooking School.
