In addition nobody explain that during the breackfast you can order an espresso coffee included in the breackfast and we drank an american coffee all the time which is not good. There is only one working normal electrical branch in the room and nobody offer a suitable reductor for electrisity.

All'arrivo ho dovuto cambiare due volte la stanza, la prima aveva un odore terribile, nella seconda mancava il bidet (per un albergo in Italia di quella categoria mi sembra non consono, abbiamo ceduta sulla terza anche se la pulizia era approssimativa (in bagno c'erano peli e capelli degli ospiti precedenti). Alcuni servizi pubblicizzati non sono stati rispettati, ci hanno accordato un late check out su richiesta. Molto carino e cortese il ragazzo del bar, un plauso anche agli altri ragazzi dello staff, sorridenti e gentili.

La zona bar per i cocktail molto carina, forse un bar tender o comunque un esperto in cocktail ci starebbe bene, ma i ragazzi si fanno in gran da fare per venire incontro alle richieste degli ospiti.
